- If you place an order by mistake (e.g., you intended to place a weekly rental order but mistakenly placed a monthly rental order) and you cancel the order before the vehicle has been allocated or dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
2. Cancellation Before Vehicle Allocation
- If you cancel your order before we have allocated a vehicle to you, you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. This applies to both incorrect orders (e.g., ordering a different rental duration by mistake) and orders that are no longer needed.
